How does MeetingCost calculate the cost?
You enter each team member's annual salary or hourly rate. When a meeting starts, we divide their rate by 60 and multiply by the number of minutes elapsed — summed across all attendees.
Does it integrate with my calendar?
Yes. MeetingCost connects with Google Calendar and Outlook to automatically detect scheduled meetings and pull in attendee lists, so you don't have to enter anything manually.
Is salary data stored securely?
